The ambulance billing is located on the north end entrance of the fire department.
Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:00PM.
Crown Point Fire Rescue bills 911 transports to the following:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Other Insurances
You may be responsible for the payment and all deductibles, co-payments, balances, or denied claims as allowed under applicable State and Federal statutes.

We accept cash, checks, or money orders. Payments can be made at 126 N East Street 24 hours a day as a drop off box is located inside the north entrance vestibule.
If paying by credit card there will be a fee. You can pay online by visiting www.crownpoint.in.gov, choose online bill pay, choose Ambulance Payment, choose proceed to site, and complete the form. Paygov will appear on your bank or credit card statement as the recipient of payment. We cannot accept HSA or MSA credit cards.
