The Mission of the Crown Point Police Department Detective Bureau shall be to utilize the necessary level and balance of resources in the investigation of reported offenses thereby optimizing the benefits to be derived from the cooperative interaction of all department personnel and area law enforcement agencies. In addition, the Detective Bureau will thoroughly and vigorously investigate all reported criminal activity to the fullest extent possible.
