STORM FEE

A Storm Fee is associated with each property owned in the City. If you own a property and do not reside in the property you will still receive a monthly bill for the Storm Fee. If you are a Landlord and the Tenant has the water service in his/her name, you will still receive a Storm Fee bill for the property. Everyone that owns property in the City is subject to this fee.

SEASONAL SEWER RATE REDUCTION

This is a Sewer discount on your Water Bill for Residential Customers. This discount runs from April 1st - November 1st.

SENIOR DISCOUNT

This discount is for those 62 years of age or better. Each October a form is sent out with the bill. You have until December 15th following that billing to submit your application. The discount is determined by the amount available and is split amongst the number of applicants. Once the application time has ended December 15th the amount is then determined for the billing for January to December of the following year.

WATER BILLING CHARGES

The typical water bill includes water, sewer, refuse, storm, and taxes. Some properties may be excluded from refuse and recycling, and some properties only have refuse and recycling. Depending on where the property is with in the City limits they may have some services and not all.
