Crown Point Ordinance No. 2008-02-08, as amended, provides certain senior citizens may qualify for a benefit on their “Community Service Bill” (i.e.: water bill). Applications for the senior discount open Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023, and close Friday, Dec. 1, 2023. All applications must be returned with your water/utility bill. Mail all applications to The City of Crown Point, ATTN: Senior Discount, 101 N. East St., Crown Point, IN 46307. 

If you already receive a senior discount, you must renew annually to continue to receive the discount. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you. 

Applicant certifies:

1. I am sixty-two (62) years or older at the time of the application.
2. I am the customer on the “Community Service Bill” / “Water Bill.”
3. I own and/or reside in the residence within the city limits of Crown Point, Indiana. (This must be your primary residence.)
4. New Applicants ONLY must provide a copy of their driver’s license.
